Returns or Credits

Since natural foods with no preservatives store best in cool, dry conditions, our ordering warehouse is refrigerated and we guarantee quality at the time of delivery.  If there is a problem with quality, we will work with you regarding the return of the item, if unopened and in original packaging.  However, all items returned without authorization will not receive credit.  And, some items may not be returned because we can not return them to the manufacturer.

Credits will be given consideration if return policy is followed and notice of intention to return is given within two weeks after product delivery.  No credit will be given on freight of surcharge charged.  Credit, when given, will be applied to your next order.


Shipping policies

Most orders will ship within 10-12  business days by Ground UPS.   Delays in shipping will only occur when an item is out of stock from the warehouse.  If this is the case, you will be notified by e-mail.

Shipping and Handling Fees

 Shipping  rates will be determined by Ground UPS standard shipping calculations.  Orders will be shipped by Ground UPS.

Back order

In the rare instance that an item is on back order after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

Minimun Order of $20.00

There is a minimum order amount of $20.00 due to increased costs of shipping and handling.  Be encouraged to continue shopping until $20.00 has been reached.  Thank you very much for your consideration.

Our method of payment used is PayPal which gives our customers the greatest security. 
PayPal will accept: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, your own bank and more.
PayPal is easy to sign, and is easy to use.  The forms needed to sign up for PayPal only take a few minutes to complete.  Once you're done, you can send your payment in minutes.  PayPal helps prevent identity theft.

Sales Tax    

We do not collect sales tax in most states, however some items will require tax if you are a resident of Nevada.  Contact us about your specific state if you have questions.
